Your questions about the photo shoot
Preparation, the shoot, retouching and delivery: useful details before your appointment.
How do I book a shoot?
Sign in with your Marketplace account or Centris credentials. You can also create an account with your email. Enter the property address, choose a package, add-ons and an available time, then review the total before confirming.
When will I receive the photos?
The usual photo turnaround is 24 to 48 hours. A priority option provides delivery before 9 a.m. the next day, subject to availability.
How should I prepare the property?
Open the curtains, turn on the lights, make the beds and clear surfaces. Put away personal items and garbage bins, and move vehicles out of the driveway.
What happens during the shoot?
I start with a walk-through, then photograph the rooms and exterior. Allow about 45 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes, depending on the property’s size, preparation and selected services.

Does the broker or seller need to be present?
You do not need to be on site if access has been arranged in advance, for example through a lockbox.
How many photos should I choose?
The starting package includes 25 photos. Larger properties or homes with more spaces to show may need a larger package. Contact me if you are unsure.
Can I receive a few extra photos?
A few additional photos may be included when they complete the presentation, up to the next package threshold. Choose the appropriate package if you need broader coverage.
Are the photos retouched?
Yes. I adjust light, colour and contrast. HDR processing can balance bright and dark areas. Retouching aims for a natural finish that preserves the property’s proportions.
Is sky replacement included?
Yes, when it improves an exterior photo. This is an image edit, so the sky may differ from the one on the day of the shoot.
Can you remove items from the photos?
Minor retouching is included within reason. Let me know which items you have in mind so I can confirm what is possible.
How are the photos delivered?
Photos are delivered by email or directly into Centris when your account is linked and you have authorized this option with your order.
Are there travel fees?
$0.88 per additional kilometre beyond 40 km from Notre-Dame-de-l’Île-Perrot.
What happens in bad weather?
Contact me if conditions could affect the exterior shoot. We can discuss a schedule adjustment if needed.
